MST Training Programs

 
 

We focus on coaching to develop skills; providing athletes, coaches and trainers with a clearly outlined skills development progression training system. Programs are custom designed to meet the needs for any sport at any level. Each program is geared toward improving the skills development of speed, acceleration, deceleration, explosive power, strength and sports specific movements to increase athleticism for competition.

My Speed Trainer is committed to meeting the challenges presented in assisting athletes and/or teams in achieving the goals that they have set for themselves. With innovative training methods and a nationally recognized staff, MST will work tirelessly in its efforts to provide personal, quality training opportunities to all athletes involved in our programs.

Sports Performance Services

Our Sports Performance Services can be designed for individuals and teams of all sizes. MST incorporates current research with innovative principles that are tailored to your specific goals and needs. Training sessions will include functional exercises, drills and skills to improve your sport specific goals and dreams.

SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING:
(3x per week) Sport Specific Training is designed for each individuals sport and needs. Training consists of all areas of sports performance which include: Speed, acceleration, agility, explosive power, vertical jump and sport specific conditioning. Recommended for the Junior High or High School athlete.

SPEED & AGILITY: ( 2x per week) S & A Training is for athletes that need work on linear and lateral speed. Training consists of speed, acceleration, deceleration, change of direction and reaction.

JUNIOR: (2x per week) This program will set the proper skills and strength foundation for younger athletes. Training consists of speed technique, balance, stability and functional strength training. Available for athletes ages 9-12.

PRO: (1x per day, Mon.-Fri.) Intense customized training for the high-level collegiate and professional athlete. Pro package includes all areas of sports performance and all pre and post workout supplementation as needed by each individual athlete.

ELITE PACKAGE: (2x per day training, Mon.-Fri.) Our most intense package offered. For the highest level athlete and/or out of area athletes. Includes individual customized training for all areas of sports performance, digital video analysis of training, pre and post workout supplementation, plus a weekly massage.

STRENGTH: (2-5x per week) High volume training. This program is designed to increase lean body mass and decrease body fat. For the athlete that needs to be bigger and stronger than the competition.

OLYMPIC: (2-4x per week) High intensity training. This program is designed to increase maximum strength for athletes who need to generate force as quickly as possible. A stronger more powerful athlete will have an immense advantage over the competition.


Football Training:

Combine (2x per day training, Mon.-Sat.) - Each year the trainers at MST hold a unique program designed to help post-collegiate athletes train for the NFL combine and University Pro days. Utilizing years of experience and proven results. Combine training improves all combine specific drills and position drills. MST guarantees improvement in all tests.

Professional (1x per day, Mon.-Fri.) 0ff-season training for football players. Includes all areas of sports performance, position and all pre and post workout supplementation as needed by each individual athlete.

CAMPS: Each year MST holds speed, agility and sport specific camps for athletes of all ages and all sports. Camps will be posted on the main page with days, times and descriptions.

COACHING SEMINARS/CLINICS (For Speed, Strength & Conditioning) - Individual and team seminars are conducted on a reserve basis. If you are in need of coaching education for yourself or team of coaches please call and set up a seminar to suit your needs. We will provide coaches, athletes and/or trainers with a clearly outlined skills development progression training system.
